Executive Chef, Tommy Hines inspires us everyday with his passion for creating great food. His award winning menu features many local’s favorites and truly one of the best burgers around. Simple, yet creative, palate enticing food inspires his menu creations, seasoned with a wealth of experience and a seemingly endless stash of mouth watering recipes.
He has rubbed shoulders with some of the best in the industry and lead such iconic establishments as the Buckhead Diner in New Orleans, the Tribeca Grand Hotel in NY, the Atlantis Resort and Casino in the Bahamas, and the Conrad in Chicago. Tommy isn’t a stranger to golf courses either, having helmed the kitchens at The Silo Ridge Field Club and Pursell Farms in Alabama catering to elite clientele.
