Interested in hosting your next group golf outing at River Valley Ranch?  Our golf team has extensive experience with events big and small.  Please read the information below and submit the event inquiry form at the bottom of the page.  A member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Once your booking is approved by our team, a 50% greens fees deposit along with a signed group outing form is required. *minimum of 12 golfers to reserve


Group Booking Policy


  • A minimum of 12 players is required for group bookings.
  • We will review your request to determine if we are able to accommodate your group.
  • All group bookings must be approved by and booked through our staff.
  • Services or requests beyond the stated green fees, can be provided for an additional $500 fee. (eg. custom scorecards, cart signs, tournament scoring services, on-course competitions, etc.)
  • Upon approval, a 50% deposit is required.
  • Full payment is due 14 days in advance.
  • Greens fees will not be refunded for players who no-show.
  • All players must play with their own set of golf clubs. 
  • Out side alcohol is not permitted.
