Kate is a Personal Trainer and the Performance Center Director at TAC Fitness. She is also an Expert Trainer for FitForever and GolfForever, contributing content for both digital fitness programs. Her programming is designed to provide safe and functional cross training for athletes of all levels, often utilizing multiplanar exercises; executing movements that simulate the way we move in everyday life.
Kate looks forward to bringing the benefits of the popular digital Golf fitness program to the RVR community. Programming will include personal movement assessments, pre round warm ups, injury prevention, strength training for golf, and more.
