Tommy Hines, Executive Chef

Introducing Executive Chef, Tommy Hines. Tommy joins us with a wealth of acclaimed restaurant and culinary experience. He has rubbed shoulders with some of the best in the industry and lead such iconic establishments as the Buckhead Diner in New Orleans, the Tribeca Grand Hotel in NY, the Atlantis Resort and Casino in the Bahamas, and the Conrad in Chicago. Tommy isn’t a stranger to golf courses either, having helmed the kitchens at The Silo Ridge Field Club and Pursell Farms in Alabama catering to elite clientele.
For Tommy, he has found his passion with cooking and creating. He is super positive and always happy, “Why wouldn’t you be?” he asks, a broad grin on his face.
Simple, yet creative, palate enticing food inspires his menu creation, seasoned with a wealth of experience and a seemingly endless stash of mouth watering recipes. He’s excited to be back in the Roaring Fork Valley, after some time spent in Aspen at the St. Regis and Viceroy, Snowmass several years ago.
He lives life to the fullest, enjoying a wide variety of pastimes including playing guitar, collecting vintage vinyl, snowboarding, dirt biking and of course spending time with the pup duo of Rex and Roscoe.
